Two Jacksonville TV news organizations have obtained “dashcam video” of Nassau County Commission Chairwoman Stacy Johnson’s Friday night arrest on DUI charges.
Unedited audio of the arrest at Johnson’s home lasting 40 minutes, and 41 seconds has
been posted at WJXT’s news4jax.com.

WJXT and First Coast News obtained the audio from the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.
In it, Johnson can be heard talking to the arresting deputy. She initially refuses to take a
field sobritety test, calls the incident a “setup” and repeatedly asks, then pleads, to speak
to a lawyer. She is told that she can have an attorney once she gets to jail.
First Coast News reported that Johnson is not visible in the videotape. More to come on
