NACDAC is excited to announce their new adult Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
Anyone who is struggling with substance use is encouraged to get the help they need as soon as possible. If you or a loved one needs help, regardless of your ability to play, please contact 904-277-3699 to schedule an appointment.
The program includes confidential clinical assessment, counseling services—individual, group, and family—and drug testing. Services will be tailored to individual needs and provided by certified counselors.
