Young Eagles to soar on the 29th

Chapter 943 of the Experimental Aircraft Association on Amelia Island will host a Young Eagles Flying Day from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29th at McGill Aviation at Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport. The event is open to all children ages 8 to 17 who are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Young Eagles program is designed to introduce young people to aviation by offering free flights in light aircraft that are owned by the members of the local chapter.
