Local walking group competes in Gateway River Run

Eleven members of Amelia Island’s First Step Walking Group competed in and finished the Gate River Run in Jacksonville on March 11th. This was the 40th anniversary of the Gate River Run which is the largest 15K in the country.

First Step Walking Group is a non-profit group that meets for distance walks at different locations on Amelia Island on Saturday Mornings.
