Although not an Amelia Island photo, I wanted to share it with our readers. It was was taken on Cumberland Island , by a thirty-one year old named Gabriel Friedrich, an amateur photographer based on Cumberland Island. Gabriel spends most of his time piloting the Lucy R. Ferguson, the boat that takes guests to Greyfield Inn from Fernandina Beach. The historic inn and island wilderness provides him with ample photo opportunities; he has amassed a large collection of wildlife photos as well as shots of the inn and other historical buildings on the island.
