said Michael Brooks, CMO of CBC National Bank. Signal 35 is an Officer Assistance Program that provides financial assistance to any local police officer, or their immediate families, that find themselves in financial difficulty as a result of a violent act perpetrated against the law enforcement officer or their family.

The Fernandina Beach Police Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that oversees the Police Auxiliary Corps (PAC), Shop with Cops, Signal 35, Chaplaincy, and the soon-to-be-announced Citizen’s Police Academy. Tax-deductible donations to support these efforts can be made by check to “Fernandina Beach Police Foundation” and dropped off or sent to Police Headquarters at 1525 Lime Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034.
