Century 21 local real estate agency sweeps customer satisfaction rankings

Local real estate agency Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son, lead by broker Bobby Ferreira, and its fellow franchisees of the iconic Century 21 brand, earned all four industry-leading customer satisfaction awards in the annual J.D. Power 2016 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study.

For the third consecutive year, the brand swept the awards by receiving the highest ranking among national real estate firms across four customer satisfaction segments in the study, including:

– First-Time Home-Buyer Satisfaction
– First-Time Home-Seller Satisfaction
– Repeat Home-Seller Satisfaction
– and tied for the top spot in the Repeat Home-Buyer Satisfaction category.

The J.D. Power Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study, now in its ninth year, measures customer satisfaction among first-time and repeat home buyers and sellers with the nation’s largest real estate companies. For satisfaction in the first-time homebuyer experience, the brand achieved the highest score in the agent/salesperson and package of additional services study factors within its segment. For satisfaction in the first time home seller experience, first-time and repeat home-selling segments, factors evaluated included the highest score in the agent/salesperson plus closing process; real estate company marketing; real estate company office; and a package of additional services per each segment.

In 2015, 42 independent real estate companies in the United States, and five international master franchisors in Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, and the UAE-Dubai, selected Century 21 Real Estate as the best platform for their affiliated agents, their market, and their growth and long-term success. In total, the brand welcomed 497 new offices globally:

405 internationally and 92 in core and strategic markets in the U.S., including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, and Washington.

We LOVE this Century 21 office! From our first home purchase on the island, to our second then that of our daughter’s home they were nothing but amazing! Jean Hable, who was our realtor for all purchases, went above and beyond when it came to watching out for our dream home as we were still living in south Florida and traveling back and forth each and every weekend to look a what she’d find! Today, not only is Jean still our “realtor”, but more importantly a very good friend!
