Preserving our local wildlife and the natural surroundings at Fort Clinch State Park for everyone to enjoy takes a continuing effort that requires both the park rangers and the help of volunteer citizens. We also need the help of our citizens if we are to preserve and maintain the park’s wonderful, historical gem, Fort Clinch itself. You can help by joining the Friends of Fort Clinch State Park, a local citizen support organization.

Fort-Clinch-007-1024x768The Friends of Fort Clinch State Park, Inc., a non-profit 501 C 3 Corporation, is currently recruiting new members. We promote the Park by supporting the facilities and pro-grams with funds generated through membership fees, donations, special events, and facility rentals.

Yearly memberships include a $20 Individual membership or a $35 Family member-ship. There is also a Lifetime membership option at $200. The yearly memberships expire one year from the date that the membership card is issued. Benefits include 12 FREE admissions to the Park with as many as eight individuals in a vehicle per admission. Any family member can use the Family membership card for entry. Individual memberships are non-transferable. Applications can be obtained at the Entrance/Ranger Station, at the SanJon Art Gallery 218 Ash St. Suite #A in Fernandina Beach, or by contacting Membership Chair, Sandra Baker-Hinton, at 904-557-1195
