Editor’s Note: In major cities across this nation thousands of citizens participate in sometimes grand and elaborate Memorial Day ceremonies. But there is no more poignant way to celebrate Memorial Day than to gather together in a small town such as ours. Thank you John Crow and all those involved in planning the Memorial Day Observance.
