Amelia Island Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American
Revolution has elected its 2015-2017 board of directors. They are, from
bottom to top and left to right: Regent Lucinda Jo Glenn, First Vice Regent
Maggie DeVries, Treasurer Janet Lukaszewicz, Librarian Cara Curtin,
Historian Claudia Naugle, Secretary Pat Baker, Registrar Anita Lay, and
Parliamentarian Gloria Toomey.

The DAR is the largest women’s service organization in the world and contributes over one million volunteer hours a year. The Amelia Island Chapter’s almost 200 members contribute over 5,000 volunteer hours and $4,000 in scholarships each year.
