“Randy Lingelbach, has been released from UF Health in Jacksonville and is now in custody at the Nassau County Jail,” wrote Fernandina Beach Police Chief James T. Hurley in a media release today. “The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) continues to investigate this incident.”
Linglebach is being held on one count each of Armed Robbery, Agg Flee and Attempt to Elude, Aggravated assault on Law Enforcement Officer, Possession Anti-Shoplifting Device.
911 audio files from Walmart and radio traffic audio during the pursuit were also released. After information is obtained from these files, we will review and provide our readers with a follow up story.
