Nassau County Legislative Delegation Meeting set for December 4, 2014

Representative Janet H. Adkins, Chair of the Nassau County Legislative Delegation, announces the Organizational Meeting, to elect the 2015 Delegation Chair, and the general legislative hearing of the Nassau County Legislative Delegation.  The meeting will be on Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Nassau County Commission Chambers located within the James S. Page Governmental Complex at 96135 Nassau Pl., Yulee, Florida.

Interested citizens wishing to be placed on the agenda for the December 4 public hearing are asked to contact Representative Adkins’ Office at 904-491-3664, prior to close of business Friday November 14, 2014.  Local bill information and procedures are also available at http://www.myfloridahouse.gov under the Reference Materials Section.

All material or handouts for this meeting should be delivered to Representative Adkins’ office no later than November 17, 2014.  Information should be delivered to 905 S 8th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL  32034.

In accordance with the ADA, and Chapter 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons in need of special accommodations to participate in the meeting, including agendas, interpreters or assisted listening devices, should contact Representative Adkins’ office at 904-491-3664 no later than November 14.
